Privacy Policy

NEXT is operated by INSPIRE DISABILITY CARE PTY LTD. This policy explains how NEXT handles personal information when businesses operate a virtual queue and customers join one.
Information we collect
Business users provide an email address, authentication information, business details, queue settings and subscription information. Queue customers provide a first name. NEXT records queue status and timing information. To protect the public join service from abuse, NEXT creates a salted, one-way technical fingerprint from limited request information such as IP address and browser identifier; the raw values are not stored in the queue record.
Payments
Stripe processes subscription payments. NEXT receives customer, subscription, price and payment-status identifiers but does not store complete payment-card details.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, operate queues, calculate positions and approximate waits, provide live updates, prevent abuse, administer subscriptions, provide support and maintain service security and reliability.
Service providers and overseas processing
NEXT uses service providers including Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for application hosting, and Stripe for billing. Those providers may process information in Australia and other countries under their own security and privacy arrangements.
Retention and deletion
Account and queue information is retained while needed to provide NEXT, resolve disputes, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Business owners can delete their account from Settings. Account deletion removes the active NEXT account and associated queue data. Stripe and other providers may retain transaction or security records where law or fraud-prevention requirements require it.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law. Queue customers may contact the business operating the queue or NEXT. Browser controls can limit local storage and installed-app data.
