Terms of Service
Effective 2 October 2026
These terms govern use of NEXT, a virtual-queue service operated by INSPIRE DISABILITY CARE PTY LTD. By creating an account, you agree to these terms for yourself and any organisation you are authorised to represent.
The service
NEXT lets a business open a queue, display a QR code, accept customer first names and progress customers through queue states. Positions and wait times are estimates, not appointments or guarantees.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use NEXT lawfully. You must not misuse customer information, interfere with the service, bypass limits, probe security, submit malicious content or use NEXT for unlawful, deceptive or discriminatory activity.
Trial and subscriptions
New accounts receive a free trial ending after 14 days or 50 customer joins, whichever happens first. Existing trial terms remain in effect. NEXT Pro is offered in US dollars at the price shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation can be scheduled through the Stripe customer portal and access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Refunds are not provided for unused time except where required by law.
Your responsibilities
The business operating a queue is responsible for customer service, lawful notices, appropriate use of queue information and deciding when customers are called or served. NEXT is not responsible for the underlying goods or services offered by that business.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, secure, change or discontinue features. Material pricing or service changes will be communicated where required.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, unlawful use or threats to users or the service. You may stop using NEXT, cancel billing and delete the account from Settings.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, NEXT is provided without implied warranties and INSPIRE DISABILITY CARE PTY LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunity or losses caused by a business's queue decisions.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Contact support@nextqueue.app with questions.
